Your registration and participation in our first aid CPR classes are contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms. By registering for our classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not register for or participate in our classes.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1. Registration for our first aid CPR classes is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

1.2. Payment for the classes is due in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

1.3. We accept payment via our website. Payments can be made using  major debit or credit cards Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Your will receive a follow up email with more information 24 hours after registering for the class.

2. Attendance and Participation

2.1. It is your responsibility to attend the class for which you have registered, at the specified date, time, and location.

2.2. If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, your registration cannot be transferred to another individual, and no refunds will be provided. (We will consider special circumstances)

2.3. Participation in our first aid CPR classes requires active engagement, including but not limited to practical demonstrations and assessments.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Your health and safety are important to us. By participating in our classes, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors.

3.2. If you have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation in the class, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before the class begins.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

4.1. All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Now You Lay Me Down To Sleep Training Center / American Red Cross and are provided for your personal use only.

4.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any course materials without our prior written consent.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of our first aid CPR classes, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any emergency situations that may arise.

5.2. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with administering first aid and CPR.

5.3. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Now You Lay Me Down To Sleep Training Agency/ American Red Cross, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in our classes.

6. Changes and Cancellations

6.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor availability, or facility issues.

6.2. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule for a future class or receive a credit for the amount paid, to be used towards a future class.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
