Non-Refundable Terms and Conditions for Baby Sleep Class

1. Payment Terms

   • Full payment is required to secure your spot in the class.

   • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows, cancellations, or missed sessions.

2. Class Registration

   • Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

   • Any changes to your class registration must be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the class start date.

3. Cancellations or No-Shows

   • If you are unable to attend the scheduled class, your payment will not be refunded.

   • Transfers to another class may be considered at the sole discretion of the organizer, subject to availability and provided notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

4. Class Rescheduling

   • The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and the payment will be applied to the rescheduled date.

5. Class Materials and Access

   • Participants who are unable to attend will not receive any access to class materials unless explicitly stated in the course description.

   • If provided, recordings or resources are for personal use only and may not be distributed.

6. Conduct and Participation

   • All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement

   • By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
